New Invoice Collection module for Customer invoices
The Invoice Collection module is a new feature in Getex and consists of a set of tools that simplifies the process of tracking and recovering receivables. The module allows individual tracking of each invoice, adding statuses and generating notifications that can be sent directly from the system to your Customers.
Additional fields for the description of the goods
New fields are available in the system for containerized transports. You can save the information Reeder, Port, Vessel, Port closing
Price lists per route with multiple logistic events
Price lists per route, editable from the Partners screen, can now be defined with any logistical event, in any order or combination. Also, any kind of logistic events are allowed, such as customs location, via point, refueling, etc.
Integration with a new GPS location service provider
Getex can also retrieve vehicle position information through GPS Tracknamic interfaces.
New option for configuring access and visibility of Transport Shipments for transport dispatchers
Getex completes the list of methods for accessing Shipments with a new option, called Method 3: Dispatchers can be organized in teams with the structure of team leader or senior dispatcher (can see the shipments of all team members), standard dispatchers (who can only see their shipments) but also junior dispatchers (who can add transport shipments in the system on behalf of other dispatchers)
Credit limit with default value for newly added Clients
You can save a default value of the Credit Limit, a value that will be proposed when adding new Customers in the system
New KPIs for the evaluation of Transport Dispatchers
Getex has several new KPIs for evaluating the activity of dispatchers: User Margin EUR, UML Bonus (with customizable formula). The new KPIs can also be analyzed in the GetexBI module.
New widget on the Home screen with the list of cars with broken GPS connection (offline)
You can have direct access on the Home screen to the list of vehicles that no longer communicate with the set GPS provider.
New field available at User level
You may save the Date of Employment in the organization for every User.
New report available - Brief Shipment Manifest
At the level of the Transport File there is now the option of generating a document for informing drivers, a document that strictly contains the operational information of the transport (transported goods, list of logistic events, loading / unloading references, etc.). Financial information is omitted on this document.
Easier access to Partner information directly from Customer and Supplier Invoice list screens
You can inspect Partner information directly from the Customer Invoice List and Supplier Invoice List screens by simply clicking on the name of the Partener.
Optional validation on the fields of the Partners
Optionally Getex allows the activation of a special character validation when adding Partners. Only characters from standard ASCII code can be allowed and other special characters (diacritics, accented characters, etc.) will be blocked.
On the Relocation Shipments the Route field is now proposed automatically
On Relocation Shipments it is no longer necessary to complete the route manually. This will be completed according to the sequence of logistical events on the Shipments, similar to conventional transports.
